Quinoa Raspberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c cooked Quinoa (cooked and chilled)
  • 1 Frozen Banana (pre-sliced)
  • 1 c Frozen Raspberries
  • 1-1/2 c Green Tea or Coconut Water 
  • 3-4 Ice Cubes

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
  • Garnish with berries
  • Enjoy!
