Nutrition is a very personal aspect of health and the only person who should decide what you get to eat, is you! As your coach, it is my job to ensure you have customized nutritional goals and to help you meet those goals along the way.

The Basics

I coach a team of ladies who follow macro-based nutrition (IIFYM or Flexible Dieting) programs specific to each lady and her goals. No copy and paste meal plans here.

I have clients in all “levels” of fitness and health, from beginner to advanced. If you’ve never tracked macros or lifted weights, that’s okay! I am here to help you learn and succeed. I work with my clients to help set appropriate goals. This includes discussions about fat loss, reverse dieting, body recomposition, and/or maintenance.

On top of personalized macronutrient recommendations, clients also receive weekly feedback through check-ins, updated macros (if needed based on progress and goals), unlimited email support, and access to my private Facebook group to connect with like-minded women.

My Method

First and foremost, I do not provide meal plans. (I like to tell my potential clients this right away to avoid confusion.) Why? It’s actually outside a coaches “scope of practice” to provide a client with a meal plan, unless that coach holds a Registered Dietitian’s license.

What I do, is look at a client’s history, individual body composition, and goals to create a macronutrient profile specific to each client. I provide guidelines, food suggestions, and information on how to implement flexible dieting but, at the end of the day, each client is deciding what they eat. This is important for several reasons…

This Method is Sustainable

Mapping out a client’s meals and detailing what they “can and cannot eat” is not sustainable or legal (unless a person holds an RD license, as stated above.)

Food preferences and allergies differ for each person. Clients will also routinely travel for work, head off to vacation, or simply have a busy week in which they cannot get to the store to re-stock specific foods. Meal plans don’t allow for any type of ‘life happens’ flexibility. With macro-tracking, clients can make whatever food they have around work for them and their goals. I want my clients to eat whatever they enjoy, while still meeting their goals.

I do not expect my clients to rely on me forever. Meal plans ensure that a client is tied to a coach because the client must keep returning to the coach for updated plans. Macro-tracking allows the client to learn and understand nutritional concepts and then apply those concepts to everyday life.

I am interested the overall health and quality of life of my clients, which means a sustainable program is a must. I want you to succeed!

This Method is Scientifically-Backed

The numbers are specific to you, not mass produced. Research has shown that eating a specific amount of carbs, protein, and fat is the best method when it comes to fat loss, muscle gain, and/or reverse dieting.

Option 1: Subscription Coaching 

This is a monthly recurring charge through Paypal. There are no refunds once coaching begins. This option may be canceled at any time by the client and it is the clients’ responsibility to cancel their PayPal subscription when coaching is complete.

This option is the easiest and most convenient of them all. Subscription coaching is unlimited, automatically deducted each month through PayPal, with full access to all aspects and services of coaching. (Nutrition and training.)

The fitness programming offered is not customized. There are 3 different options provided in the e-book (split body training, full body training, and home/complex style training) with recommendations on reps and sets based on goals. Weekly cardio recommendations will also be given.

Subscription Coaching Includes:

  • A full client assessment
  • Personalized Macros (adjusted as needed, based on progress and goals)
  • Nutrition e-book
  • Fitness e-book (strength training)
  • Weekly Cardio Recommendations
  • Weekly Check-ins
  • Unlimited email support
  • Access to my private Facebook Team Page

Ideal for those who do not want to continue purchasing back-to-back plans and/or need long-term accountability and support.

Option 2: Nutrition Only Packages

One time payments are non-refundable once coaching begins. Once you pay, you will be re-directed to a new client assessment form.

Nutrition-only packages are ideal for the person who knows what they are doing in the gym but could use additional help with determining their specific macronutrient ratios and/or meeting a specific goal. (Reverse dieting, fat loss, etc.)

This option is different than subscription coaching. Each package has a set amount of weeks and does not include fitness and cardio recommendations.

Nutrition Coaching Only

Option 3: One Time Nutrition Consultations

One time payments are non-refundable once coaching begins. Once you pay, you will be re-directed to a new client assessment form.

One time nutrition consultations should not be confused with one-on-one coaching. This package includes individualized macros and the nutrition ebook but no further coaching or email support.

This option is best for people who are familiar with macros or currently tracking their macros and simply need an update.
