Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3-4 drops of Peppermint Oil
  • Handful of Baby Spinach
  • 5-6 Ice Cubes

Directions

  • Blend, Blend, Blend!
  • Sip, enjoy, feel good. <3
