Cinnamon Bun Smoothie


  • 1 frozen Banana, Cut Into Pieces (If you use a room-temp banana, add several ice cubes to the smoothie before blending.)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, Raw Honey, or Agave
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Optional: 1 Tbsp Maca Powder
  • Cinnamon stick, for garnish


  • Combine all ingredients in your Magic Bullet, Blender, or Vitamix.
  • Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if necessary.
  • Pour into a glass, add a cinnamon stick for garnish, and enjoy.
