Blueberry Brain-Boosting Smoothie

This breakfast blend is a great way to get energized before a demanding day.

Emerging research [published in Scientific American] suggests that compounds in blueberries known as flavonoids may improve memory, learning, and general cognitive function including reasoning skills, decision-making, verbal comprehension, and numerical ability. Blueberries are also a great source of vitamins B, C, E and K.


  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond OR Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Flax Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Maca Powder
  • Ice


  • Blend everything until smoothie
  • Enjoy!
