Banana Chai Smoothie | Nourished Existence

 

Ingredients

  • Equal parts Chai Tea (I use TAZO Concentrate) and Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Maca Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 5-8 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Mint Leaf

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients except mint leaf
  • Pour into glass and garnish with mint and cinnamon
  • Enjoy!
